Your Estimate Request

We have received your request and will be reaching out as soon as possible (typically within 1 business day).

1. We will contact you regarding your estimate request

Now that you have submitted your estimate request we will contact you via text & email.

We may request additional info such as photos or additional job notes depending on your project.

Most install projects require on-site estimates while other services such as gutter cleanings and repairs may only require digital estimates.

2. Receive your estimate within 1 - 2 business days

Once we have all the information necessary we begin to put your estimate together.

Most estimates are completed at the time of estimate or same day while other estimates may take a little more time.

You will receive your estimate via text & email.

3. Approving, Deposits, and Scheduling

Approving: Once you have reviewed your estimate options you will be prompted to approve your desired option and pay any scheduling deposits if necessary. 

Deposits: Jobs that require deposits include any project that requires Chappell Gutter to purchase materials OR projects that are above $800.

Any quarterly or semi-annual cleaning or maintenance subscriptions that include discounts for multiple visits must be paid upfront. 

Scheduling: Once an estimate has been approved and your deposit (if necessary) is paid we will add you to our scheduling queue. 

4. Job Start & Finish

Job Start: It is not required for you to be home at the time of service as all of our work revolves around the home exterior. 

  • Install jobs may require a working exterior power outlet or interior outlet if an exterior outlet is not available.
  • Please make sure any pets are put up and gates unlocked on the day of service
  • Please be available for phone calls and text messages on the day of service

Job Completion: All payments are due day of service completion. Our preferred payment method is via card through our online payment portal. 

*PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT accept checks through the mail. 

If a payment will be delayed past the day of completion we ask that you contact us to avoid late fees.
