From original inspection to the end of the job they worked with me on all details,... answered questions thoroughly, provided options within the scope of the work, and went above and beyond to make sure it was all done to look great. There was sheet metal wrapping brackets at my roof line and I mentioned that at some point I was going to have all that metal taken off. The Chappell folks said they would do it, no problem, since they would be up working around them anyway! A couple of the brackets were in bad shape under the wrapping so Neil (the business owner) tore off the rotten wood/siding shells and rebuilt new shells that look the same (as close as you can get anyway when dealing with 30+ year old materials and new materials)! Heck, there was an evergreen tree that I was working on getting rid of and I said they could hack away any limbs that were in their way - they cut down the tree for me (with my blessing of course) and drug it down to the back of the yard!!
